The right to access information held by the Faculty of Economics and Business in Osijek of the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University in Osijek is guaranteed by the Act on the Right to Access Information (“Official Gazette” no. 25/13, 85/15 and 69/22) to all domestic and foreign physical and legal operators, in the same way and under the same conditions.

Submitting a request for access to information

The right to access information is exercised by submitting a request to the information officer. If the request is submitted in writing, it is necessary to fill out the Request for Access to Information Form or, in the case of not using the form, emphasize that the information is requested in accordance with the Act on the Right to Access to Information.

Public consultation on the draft proposal of the Rulebook on the publishing activity of the Faculty of Economics in Osijek

Adela Has, senior assistant at the Faculty of Economics in Osijek, Josip Juraj Strossmayer University in Osijek, in accordance with Article 11, paragraph 3 of the Act on the Right to Access Information ("Official Gazette" No. 25/13, 85/15 and 69/22), submits for public consultation with the interested public the Draft Proposal of the Regulations on the Publishing Activities of the Faculty of Economics in Osijek.

The draft Regulations on Publishing Activities of the Faculty of Economics in Osijek regulate the general conditions and manner of carrying out publishing activities, the organization, composition and method of work of the Faculty's Publishing Activities Committee, and cooperation with the Publishing Activities Committee of the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University in Osijek.

The public consultation begins on March 18, 2025 and runs until April 18, 2025.

The draft proposal for the Regulations on the Publishing Activities of the Faculty of Economics in Osijek has been published on the website of the Faculty of Economics in Osijek and is being delivered to all employees of the Faculty of Economics in Osijek via email.

Proposals, objections and comments on the draft proposal for the Ordinance on the publishing activity of the Faculty of Economics in Osijek should be submitted via electronic mail to the e-mail address uprava@efos.hr

After the public consultation period has expired, the Commission will prepare a Report on the conducted public consultation in accordance with Article 11, paragraph 4 of the Act on the Right to Access Information (Official Gazette, No. 25/13, 85/15 and 69/22).
