Department coordinators and secretaries are there to support students by clearing all ambiguities and queries, making it easier for them to successfully overcome their obligations and complete their studies. This aspect also plays a key role in evaluating the quality of a higher education institution during the accreditation and re-accreditation process.  

For each undergraduate and graduate study, department coordinators and mentors are appointed who are available to students during consultation hours to provide them with the necessary support.
