Procedure for information maintenance of the AAI directory at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Osijek (EFOS)

The ISVU coordinator and the administrator of the LDAP directory are responsible for the information maintenance of the AAI directory. Opening user accounts and changing passwords is done by the ISVU coordinator, and changing the password is possible on the Studomat as well as in the EFOS student office. AAI identity (AAIEduHr account) and password can only be obtained in person upon presentation of an identification document.

AAI Identities (AAIEduHr accounts) are assigned to users according to the following rules:

Employees:

•   During employment, the AAI identity (AAIEduHr account) is created by the ISVU coordinator. 
•   AAI identitet (AAIEduHr račun) je aktivan tokom trajanja radnog odnosa i ukida se po prestanku istog.

Students (undergraduate/graduate/professional studies):

•   During the first enrollment for students, the ISVU coordinator creates an AAI identity (AAI@EduHr account) for which the user data can be collected from the ISVU coordinator, in the student administration office (with the presentation of the identification document).
•   The AAI identity (AAIEduHr account) is active during the duration of the employment relationship and is terminated upon its termination.

Students (postgraduate studies):

•   To receive an AAI@EduHr account (or recover a forgotten password), students of post-graduate/doctoral studies should send an e-mail to efosldap@efos.hr i u njemu navesti osobne podatke (and provide personal information (name, surname, e-mail address, ID number, residential address (street, number, postal code, city, country).
•   The AAI identity (AAIEduHr account) is active during the duration of the employment relationship and is terminated upon its termination. 
• Independent contractors

•   The AAI identity (AAIEduHr account) is created by the ISVU coordinator. 
•   The AAI identity (AAIEduHr account) is active as long as the person holds the status of external associate at EFOS.
