The right to access information held by the Faculty of Economics and Business in Osijek of the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University in Osijek is guaranteed by the Act on the Right to Access Information (“Official Gazette” no. 25/13, 85/15 and 69/22) to all domestic and foreign physical and legal operators, in the same way and under the same conditions.

Forms for exercising the right to access information
The Faculty of Economics and Business in Osijek of the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University in Osijek has the right to compensation for actual material costs incurred by providing information to the user of the right to access and reuse information, as well as compensation for the costs of delivering the requested information, which is charged in accordance with the Criteria for determining the amount of compensation for actual material costs and costs of information delivery (“Official Gazette” no. 12/14. and 15/14.).
