The Josip Juraj Strossmayer University in Osijek is responsible for organising mobility of students, teaching and non-teaching staff, and holds a competition for mobility twice a year as part of the Erasmus+ project. The Erasmus mobility programme promotes exchange, cooperation and mobility within the territory of the European Union.
The Faculty of Economics in Osijek offers students a study programme in English, namely the University master's programme Management and Entrepreneurship. The programme is conducted in English, and only for part-time students.

Health insurance
All exchange students must have health insurance during their stay in the Republic of Croatia.
There are several options for regulating health insurance:
- European Health Insurance Card (EHIC): students can use health services in Croatia if they have a valid EHIC.
- If a student comes from a country that has concluded an international agreement on health insurance with the Republic of Croatia, he or she has the right to use health services during his or her temporary stay in Croatia. Before arriving in Croatia, it is necessary to check with the health insurance provider in the home country under which conditions you can use your health insurance in Croatia. If possible, the health insurance provider in the student's home country will issue a corresponding document, which you should take with you to Osijek. The Croatian Institute for Health Insurance (HZZO) will issue a certificate of the right to health care, which can be replaced by a paper health insurance card.
- Student must have international travel and health insurance issued by an insurance company in the student's home country, which is valid in Croatia. Such insurance must include repatriation coverage (the cost of the health service is borne by the student, and the insurance company will later reimburse the amount).
- Upon arrival, student can arrange health insurance at the Croatian Institute for Health Insurance (www.hzzo.hr/en). The cost of health insurance is approximately 55 euros per month and entitles the student to use all health services available to Croatian citizens.
