Ivana Jobst has been an assistant at the Department of Quantitative Methods and Informatics at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Osijek since 2022. She completed undergraduate and graduate studies at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Osijek, and is currently a doctoral student. She participates in conducting seminar classes in a large number of quantitative and methodological courses at undergraduate and graduate studies. Her research interests include the creative economy and creative industry, youth employability, and early career development with a particular interest in designing methodological research frameworks and conducting empirical research using quantitative methods. She is the author and co-author of professional and scientific papers as well as three research studies: Lexicon of the Creative Industry (2024), Research Study on Festival and Events: 4th EU-China International Literary Festival (2023), and Creative Industry of the City of Osijek (2021). She is President of the Andizet Institute and is actively involved in the organization and implementation of science popularization projects, most notably Creative Treasury, where she serves as President of the Organizing Committee, and the Millennial Competition in Creative Industry, which she coordinates.
