All of this can increase stress levels and lead to feelings of anxiety, overwhelm, or overthinking. That's why taking care of students' mental health is crucial, as a healthy mind enables better learning, productivity, healthier relationships, and resilience to stress.
Following the successful mental health lectures from the UniSport Health series, we're back with a new interactive online gathering for students who want to better understand their own emotions and the mechanisms we use to cope with stress. The lecture titled „I Think, Therefore I Overthink – How to Cope with Anxiety?“ will help participants to:
