In the daily rush, obligations, and constant online presence, we easily forget what's most important - ourselves. How much do you sleep? What do you eat? Do you move enough? And how often are you truly present in the moment?
On the occasion of On World Health Day, we invite you to a Hangout session - Habits That Work For You (or Don't) - which focuses on precisely these questions – but without pressure, without lectures, and without “right answers.”. The activity will take place in the Osijek Youth Info Center (Kralja Zvonimira 15), on Friday, April 10, 2026, at 6 PM.
Through interactive activities, open discussion, and a relaxed atmosphere, you'll have the opportunity to compare your habits with others, hear different experiences, and perhaps discover something new about yourself. We will talk about the daily habits of young people – sleep, nutrition, physical activity, and the balance between the online and offline world.
This isn't another lecture – this is space for conversation, exchange of ideas, and small steps towards a better version of yourself.
The goal of the Hangout meeting is networking, sharing experiences, and encouraging small changes that make a big difference in the long run. This gathering are organized and conducted by volunteers Regional Youth Info Center Osijek – Magdalena Johum and Vukašin Klajić
