As part of the project Meet the Employer, we invite you to a guest lecture by Slatinska banka d. d. which will be held May 5, 2026, at 10:00 AM in hall 7.
Students will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the real business environment and hear firsthand experiences from experts in the banking sector through two current and interesting topics.
Ms. Katarina Maloča Mrčela, Director of the Human Resources Management Sector, will give a lecture on the topic: „Similarities and differences in leadership styles in sports and banking“ with a focus on leadership development, team management, and skill transfer across different areas, while Davor Šimundža, Director of the Economic Sector, to speak on the topic: „Banking as Strong Support for the Economy: Solutions for Complex Financial Challenges“ where they will present the role of banks in the development of the business sector and solving complex financial challenges.
This lecture offers a unique opportunity to gain practical insights, connect theory and practice, and better understand the job market and career opportunities.
