Women in entrepreneurship

Glagolitic Hall

The student association EWoB (Entrepreneurs Without Borders)The Women in Entrepreneurship project is organized on the occasion of International Women's Day and brings together female entrepreneurs from the Republic of Croatia who share their entrepreneurial stories, experiences, and the challenges they have faced on their business journey with participants. Our goal is to encourage students to think about entrepreneurship and motivate them to launch their own ideas.

This year's edition of the project will be held on March 9 at the Faculty of Economics in Osijek (Glagoljica Hall). The project's main theme is „You're not a „mimosa” if you wear pink,” through which we aim to open a conversation about the prejudices and stereotypes that women encounter in their professional and personal lives. Through lectures, a podcast, and a debate, we aim to encourage young women to enter the world of entrepreneurship and contribute to creating a supportive and equal environment.
