Race: Running for Mental Health

Kopika – East Entrance

In observance of World Mental Health Day, the Faculty of Philosophy in Osijek is organizing the "Let's Run for Mental Health" race for the third time. With the aim of raising awareness about the importance of mental health and emphasizing protective factors in its preservation, this event promotes the positive effects of physical activity on mental health and psychological well-being.
