On March 30, 2026, a guest lecture titled "Company Valuation Methods" was held at the Faculty of Economics in Osijek. The lecture was delivered by Krešo Vugrinčić (CFA), CEO of Intercapital ETF, with the participation of Maja Novak, president of the CFA Society Croatia association.
The lecture provided a useful and valuable introduction to stock valuation methods, with an emphasis on those that rely on the time value of money, multipliers, and asset and liability valuation. Additionally, the CFA program and a global student competition based precisely on estimating the fair value of a selected stock were presented.
Participants could then gain additional information on the stated topics in informal contact with guests.
