Marija Ham has been employed at the Department of Marketing at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Osijek since 2006. Since 2020, she has been working as a full-time professor at the Department of Marketing. She has published over 55 scientific and professional works, mostly on topics related to sustainable marketing and consumer behavior. The focus of her scientific orientation and research is sustainable consumer behavior and consumer behavior in the online environment. She teaches several subjects at different levels of study within the alma mater and, as an external associate, she is the coordinator of two courses at the Faculty of Educational Sciences in Osijek and at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Rijeka. As an external associate, she taught two courses at the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management in Opatija. She was the coordinator of the scientific project: “Determinants of ecologically-oriented consumer behavior intentions” funded by the J.J. Strossmayer University in Osijek and associate researcher on two scientific projects. She is a member of the editorial board of two international scientific journals: Journal of Management Sciences and South Asian Journal of Management Sciences. She is the chief editor of the international scientific journal Ekonomski vjesnik / Econviews – Review of Contemporary Business, Entrepreneurship and Economic Issues. She was awarded the University of Rijeka award for special contribution to work with students, the award of the Croatian Marketing Association for scientific work, as well as the award and commendation of the Faculty of Economics and Business in Osijek for excellence in scientific work. She is the president of the Croatian Marketing Association (CROMAR).
