At the beginning of 2012, Jelena Franjković got a job in the Osijek company Kandit d.o.o. in the export department, where she worked as a foreign markets manager. She has been employed at the Department of Marketing at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Osijek since 2014. As a postdoctoral student, she participated in the teaching of several undergraduate and graduate courses. Since 2014, she has been a member of the organizing committee of the international scientific conference “Business Logistics in Modern Management” and the international scientific conference “Interdisciplinary Management Research” in 2018 and 2019. She participated as a member of the project team in two international Erasmus+ projects. So far, in co-authorship with other authors, she has published more than 20 scientific and professional papers in journals and proceedings of international conferences. She took part in professional training and held classes as part of Erasmus+ mobility several times. She is the coordinator for incoming Erasmus+ students at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Osijek. At the internal education of the Faculty of Economics and Business in Osijek in February 2016, she attended the course Statistical Methods in Research Work, and in May 2018 statistical education for modeling structural equations.
