Anamarija Delić has been employed since 2007 at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Osijek, at the Department of Management, Organization and Entrepreneurship, and since 2018 at the position of associate professor. She teaches several courses, focused on identifying business opportunities and financing entrepreneurial ventures. Since 2002, she has been actively working on the implementation and application of various projects, financed from EU funds, and was appointed head of the lifelong learning program Head of EU Projects at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Osijek. She coordinates the work of the Legal and Economic Clinic of the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University in Osijek, and mentors student teams when solving environmental problems. She is involved in the work of several associations: Center for Entrepreneurship Osijek (member of the Assembly), dKolektiva (member of the Supervisory Board) and as a researcher at the Center for Policy Development of the SMEs and Entrepreneurship. She has published more than 40 scientific and professional papers focused on the research of the capital structure in small and medium-sized enterprises, and the role of entrepreneurial support institutions in encouraging entrepreneurship.
