Ana Zrnić is a senior assistant at the Department of Finance and Accounting at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Osijek. At the Faculty of Economics and Business in Osijek, she completed a postgraduate specialist study in Accounting, Auditing and Analysis in 2018 and a postgraduate doctoral study in Management in 2022. She published scientific and professional works in the field of social sciences with an orientation towards sustainable business, environmental accounting and the creative industry. She is involved in projects, the most prominent of which is the Creative Treasury project – a popularization symposium of the creative industry, in the organization of which she participated from the very beginning. She is the winner of the state award for the popularization and promotion of science for the project Creative Treasury 2016: Socially Responsible Creativity, awarded by the Croatian Parliament and the Ministry of Science and Education. She is a member of the scientific project Economic Challenges of the Transition Towards Low-Carbon Growth (2021–2025) financed by the Croatian Science Foundation. In her activities, she connects science and civil society through scientific work and volunteer engagement. In addition to teaching and scientific work, she is active in several associations. She is a representative and president of the Andizet Association (Institute for Scientific and Artistic Research in the Creative Industry) since 2017, a member of the board of directors of the Center for Peace, Nonviolence and Human Rights Osijek since 2020, and a member of the Association of Accountants and Financial Workers in Osijek.
