Ana Pap Vorkapić has been employed since 2014 at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Osijek at the Department of Marketing. In 2019, she completed her post-graduate doctoral studies in Management, defending her doctoral thesis entitled “Influential Factors on the Political Participation of Citizens in the Function of Improving Political Marketing”. Since 2020, she has been working as an assistant professor at the Department of Marketing. She has published over 30 scientific and professional papers in various fields of marketing, mostly in the field of consumer behavior and voter behavior. In her scientific orientation and research, she is focused on non-profit marketing, especially the political and social aspect of non-profit marketing. She teaches several subjects at different levels of study within the alma mater. She actively participates in the organization of international scientific symposia, is a member of the editorial board of an international scientific journal, and has been an active member of CROMAR (Croatian Marketing Association) for many years.
