The aim of the project is by involving international industry professionals-practitioners, to research, implement and apply modern innovative, internationally usable and cloud-based or open access resources, artificial intelligence (AI) and digital tools and their alternatives for the improvement of professional training programs in management and administration, to promote digital transformation in educational institutions, to ensure the ability to work with innovative tools at an international level (both for staff of educational institutions and students) from any country or region and to ensure the involvement of individuals in an innovative study process and the international labor market, with the involvement of international experts from the industry. Sub-objectives: Promoting international experience and collaboration (adaptation to labor market demands); capacity building through the introduction of digital tools in the learning process and content; digital transformation (application and integration of tools in curricula); Introducing digital, AI tools and their alternatives relevant in the industry into the study process to make the learning process innovative, attractive and in line with the labor market; ensuring international competitiveness and mobility (hybrid implementation - distance learning, face-to-face learning); adapting teaching methods to changes in the curriculum - creating a study program (promoting sustainable change).
