Processing of personal data carried out by the parent institution within the AAI@EduHr system

 

Why do we collect and process your personal data?

The Faculty of Economics and Business (EFOS) is the parent institution – provider of electronic identities in the AAI@EduHr system. Your personal data stored in our LDAP directory serves to enable you to use the services available through the AAI@EduHr, eduGAIN and eduroam systems, while ensuring a reliable, secure unified login for the use of these services.

What personal data do we collect and process?

The data that can be stored in our LDAP directory is listed at the following address:

You can see all the information stored about you in the LDAP directory (after logging in with your username and password) through the directory maintenance interface at:

https://oliver.efos.hr/ldap/user/index.php

In addition to the above, we also collect data on the use of your electronic identity by recording the time and information about the device and system through which the request was received.

Who do we share your personal data with?

In order to provide you with access to the Services, the required level of security and quality of services within the system, we may pass on some of your personal data at the time of access to a service in the system AAI@EduHr service. You can find the exact list of data that we forward to each service for each individual service at:

How long do we keep your data?

We keep data on the use of your electronic identity for 24 months (so that we can ensure the level of security and quality of service and meet legal obligations). Upon loss of the right to e-identity, we delete your personal data from the LDAP directory after a maximum of  90 days.

What are your rights?

Your rights, in accordance with the conditions of the General Data Protection Regulation, are the right to access the personal data we collect, the right to erasure (forgetting), the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to rectify personal data if they are incorrect or have been changed.
