Collaboration with the business sector and study visits are an important part of the curricular and extracurricular activities at the Faculty of Economics in Osijek. Through them, we enrich teaching content, connect theory with current business practice, and make teaching more relevant.
Thanks to the excellent cooperation with Iločki Podrumi d.d., On Friday, July 11, 2026, employees of the Faculty of Economics in Osijek had the opportunity to visit the Principovac country estate, the vineyards in Principovac and Vukovo, and the old 15th-century cellar in Ilok. With expert guidance, they learned about the rich tradition and production, and enjoyed tasting top-quality Ilok wines and the gastronomic offerings of the restaurant.
This visit also continues the successful cooperation with the new management of the company, through which we are creating space for the development of students' professional practices, project-based learning, and the transfer of modern business examples from practice.
