As part of the Erasmus+ project Business Analytics Skills for Future-proof Supply Chains (BAS4SC)) The first activity of the third work package – teacher training – was held. From September 23 to 27, 2024, teachers participated in a meeting organized by the Poznan School of Logistics in Poznan, Poland, where they tested and trained each other on the materials developed during the previous year of the project.
After conducting research with students, teachers, and practitioners to define the competencies that future students will acquire through the new educational programs, the project partners have prepared teaching materials and textbooks. The goal is to cover the requirements of companies, students, and academic instructors in the field of analytical skills, and before actual use in teaching, to test the materials with teachers and students in an international environment.
The partners discussed upcoming activities within the third work package, namely the student trainings to be held in Celje, Novi Sad, and Osijek, and the final student competition in Poznań. The goal is to test the teaching materials and the educational process in a real, international environment in order to arrive at a final, usable version of the teaching materials in five languages (English, Polish, Serbian, Slovenian, and Croatian).
