The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (Hanfa) is organizing a conference „"Don't fall for it! How to recognize an investment scam?", which will be held on Thursday, November 20, 2025 from 10:00 to 12:00 at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel, Radnička cesta 21, Zagreb.
The goal of the conference is to raise awareness of the growing problem of investment fraud and provide practical and useful information on how citizens can protect themselves.
Through an expert lecture and discussion by representatives of relevant institutions (Ministry of Interior, Agency for Electronic Media, Hanfa), as well as representatives of the media and legal profession, participants will receive an overview of the most common forms of investment fraud, learn how to recognize them in a timely manner, and find out who to contact in case of suspicion.
