"Data Science for Sustainable Finance and Economics"
September 1-5, 2025, online, and September 8-12 2025 on the HTW campus.
The summer school is intended for undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral students who are interested in applying quantitative tools to solve problems in green energy, a decarbonized economy, and sustainable finance. This is an intensive program where students will immerse themselves in the rapidly evolving topics of data science, sustainable finance, and economics. Students will enhance their existing skills and learn new ones by working on a collaborative project. Supplementary lectures and self-study materials will provide an overview of the latest ideas on the connections between data science and sustainable finance. The program will culminate in a practical project provided by business partners.
