On June 10, 2024, a research workshop was held at the Faculty of Economics in Osijek."Experimental Designs: Characteristics and Pitfalls from Research Idea to Realization".
She held a workshop attended by 45 participants—EFOS instructors, as well as doctoral students from the Doctoral Program in Management and the Doctoral Program in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Associate Professor, PhD Irena Pavela Banai from the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy in Osijek. The workshop is part of ongoing activities to strengthen research capacity and connect with researchers from other scientific fields.
