
The training was successfully completed at the Faculty of Economics in Osijek. „Financial Analysis and Planning“, through which participants acquired practical and applicable knowledge in the field of financial analysis and business planning.
Through interactive lectures, practical assignments, and work in Microsoft Excel, Participants developed the ability to independently assess the financial performance and stability of companies, as well as to prepare financial plans. Special emphasis was placed on understanding and interpreting financial statements, cost estimation, cash flow planning, and the application of risk analysis in business decision-making.
This microqualification, registered in Register of the Croatian Qualifications Framework (CQF), brings to participants 5 ECTS credits and provides concrete competencies directly linked to the needs of the labor market, thereby contributing to the strengthening of individuals' professional capacities and the overall competitiveness of the business sector.
