The training is conducted by Faculty of Economics and Business in Osijek, and is intended for experts who, in accordance with Rulebook on training in the field of public procurement (Official Gazette 154/2023), are required to regularly undergo professional development.
Regular training implies participation in programs of total duration at least 32 teaching hours in the period from three years from the start of the certificate's validity.
