Croatian Employers’ Association and CEPOR, jointly organize a conference „"Generational change in Croatian companies – who takes the helm?"“ and presentation of research results Business Transfer Barometer 2025.
The conference will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2025., in Zagreb, in space Wespa Business & Lounge, Green Gold, Radnička cesta 52.
Ten years after the first survey on business transfer in Croatia, a new survey was conducted among entrepreneurs over 55 years of age on the future of their companies after the founder's withdrawal.
What future awaits numerous Croatian companies after the departure of their founders from leadership positions will be the topic of discussion between representatives of partner institutions and entrepreneurs with experience in business transfers.
A publication with research results will be presented and distributed at the conference.
