Within the project Meet the Employer, at the Faculty of Economics in Osijek, on November 29, 2023, the tenth presentation of companies/employers was held.
Lecture under the name „"„Be Agri future Belje“"“ employees held Belje plus doo.: Ines Šterijev – Human Resources Manager, Martina Paric – Procurement Manager and Vanja Vovk – Marketing intern.
Company representatives Belje plus doo., gave a very interesting lecture and presented the company and their career path in detail. They also presented in more detail what the company Belje plus doo. can offer to students as future economists.
Among other things, they advised students to be patient in their career path and progress through it, saying: "“Success is being happy, doing what you love! You are responsible for your career path and you are responsible now! You are the one who controls your career path!”
Office for career counseling and career development at the Faculty of Economics in Osijek in 2022 launched a project called Get to know the employer/industry. The goal of the project is to introduce different companies/employers as well as different industries to students, present the opportunities that a certain company/industry offers (projects, internships, etc.), present career development opportunities in the company after completing their studies, and the expected and required knowledge and skills for different jobs.
