Applications are now open for the Project Management Championship.

Project Management Championship (PMC) It is organized by IPMA Young Crew Croatia – a global nonprofit organization dedicated to the development of the project management profession. PMC is a prestigious competition that has been held in Europe since 2015, based on project management in which young people test their skills and collaborate in teams to solve real project challenges.
It is intended for to undergraduate and graduate students up to 35 years old who want to try their hand at project management.

The competition consists of three phases that students go through, and they are:
Qualifying round ONLINE (March 23, 2026 – March 27, 2026) – a team of three or four students takes an online test of 100 questions related to project management according to the IPMA ICB4 international standard, which is available online.
The six teams with the best results advance to the next stage, i.e., the national final.
2. National Final in ZagrebOn April 25, 2026, six teams tackle a real business case and present their solution to a panel of experts. The evaluation committee assesses the solutions submitted by all teams and announces the winner who will participate in the international final.
3. International Final in Greece (International Project Management Championship) – the winning team will represent Croatia at the final international competition, which will be held in Athens, Greece, in June 2026.

  • Network with professionals and potential employers,
  • Increase their competitiveness in the labor market,
  • They get the opportunity for international recognition and professional development.
