The presentation of the Erasmus+ project Business Analytics Skills for the Future-proof Supply Chains (BAS4SC) was held

On June 7, 2024, a presentation of the ERASMUS+ Strategic Partnership for Higher Education project, Business Analytics Skills for the Future-proof Supply Chains (BAS4SC), was held at the Faculty of Economics in Osijek.

Project team member from EFOS, Associate Professor Jelena Franjković, Ph.D., presented the project, which was launched in response to changes in the labor market and is led at EFOS by Professor Davor Dujak, Ph.D. The project coordinator is the Poznan University of Technology (Poland), and in addition to EFOS, the partners are the University of Maribor (Slovenia), the Poznan School of Logistics (Poland), and the University of Novi Sad (Serbia).

The project's objectives have been explained, as well as the intellectual outputs that have already been achieved or will be carried out by the project partners in the coming year. Most of the outputs will be completed in the third year of the project, and participants are invited to follow the project's communication channels and contribute their ideas and experiences.

Finally, a brief discussion was held on the skills of the highly educated young workforce in supply chains, as well as the challenges and expectations of employers, students, and instructors.
