Within the project Meet the Employer, The fourteenth company/employer presentation was held at the Faculty of Economics in Osijek on June 5, 2024.
Lecture entitled „"What's it like to work in a Croatian bank? A window into HPB for students."“ They held: Ana Đidara, Director of the Office of Human Capital Management and Tomislav Jurisic, Small and medium-sized enterprise sector.
Hrvatska poštanska banka d.d. is a Croatian-owned bank with significant market influence, one of the top five banks in the Croatian market, that takes the best care of its clients, shareholders, and the community in line with its mission, which is to create conditions for a better life in Croatia. In their presentation, the Bank's representatives emphasized that excellence, in addition to talent, requires a lot of work, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt quickly.
Office for career counseling and career development at the Faculty of Economics in Osijek launched a project called Meet the employer. The goal of the project is to present different companies to students, the opportunities that a particular company offers to students (projects, internships, etc.), and to present career development opportunities in the company after completing their studies, while presenting the expected and necessary knowledge and skills for different jobs.
