
We invite you to an open guest lecture entitled "How much is a stock actually worth?.
How do investors assess the value of stocks and make investment decisions in the capital market?
In a guest lecture, Mr. He chops Vugrinčić Students will receive an introduction to the basic methods of company valuation used in the CFA curriculum and in financial analysis practice.
Through simple examples, the key approaches to company valuation will be presented: models based on discounting future cash flows, valuation using market multiples, and the approach based on the company's asset value. The lecture will show how analysts estimate a stock's intrinsic value and how investors use such analyses in practice.
Krešo Vugrinčić (Chartered Financial Analyst) is President of the Management Board of InterCapital ETF, specializing in the development and management of ETFs in Central and Southeast Europe. He has over 14 years of experience in capital markets, including equity research, portfolio management, and investment strategy development. During his career within the InterCapital Group, he has been involved in developing buy-side equity research and managing equity strategies. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the CFA Society Croatia.
