Invitation to participate in the BOSS Global Business Competition

We are pleased to invite students to participate in the BOSS - Global Business Competition - an unique, fully online competition that gives students the opportunity to step into the role of real business
managers and test their skills in a virtual business simulation.

Participants work in teams of three to run a virtual travel agency, making strategic, financial, marketing, and HR decisions, while seeing the consequences of those decisions in real time, all within a safe, yet
realistic environment.

This "learning by doing" approach helps students connect classroom theory with some practical business experience and develop critical skills such as decision-making, teamwork, strategic thinking, and
analytical reasoning.

Key Information:

  • The competition is open to undergraduate and graduate students.
  • Students participate in teams of 3, supported by a lecturer (supervisor).
  • The competition is 100% online and completely free of charge.
  • The competition will run for 6 weeks (March/April).
  • No prior experience with business simulations is required – we will provide full guidance and free access to all necessary tools.
  • Prizes worth a total of €2,000 await the top 3 teams.

The competition is organized by REVAS, the creator of Business Simulations Games – tools that we use daily in our work with students to help them develop essential business skills.

We look forward to hearing from you and are happy to answer any questions you may have - for further details please contact Mr. Kamil Wierciński: kwiercinski@revas.pl
