It is our great honor and pleasure to announce that applications are now open for the 11th National Competition of Undergraduate and/or Graduate Student Teams from Universities in the Republic of Croatia in creating eco-innovative food products. Products - ECOTROPHELIA Croatia 2025!
The goal of this competition is to encourage student innovation and creativity, create new eco-innovative products based on student ideas, and market and promote them on the national and European market. With the goal of promoting team multidisciplinarity and connecting diverse fields such as food technology, biotechnology, nutrition, agronomy, pharmacy, medicine, economics, graphic design, marketing, and more, we invite you to assemble your teams and present your innovative products!
To participate in this year's competition, you must register your team no later than April 16, 2025, via the Google form: https://forms.gle/kbpWFRQ6ka3s5eDd6
The complete documentation must be submitted no later than June 2, 2025, to the email address. echotrophelia@pbf.unizg.hr.
The 11th national competition will be held on June 11, 2025, at the University of Zagreb Faculty of Food Biotechnology, and the winning team will represent Croatia at the European competition!
An additional advantage is obtaining the EIT Food certificate in entrepreneurial skills!
