AIESEC in Croatia has launched the Youth Speak survey, a national survey that provides young people with an opportunity to express their views, opinions, and needs on key social issues shaping their future.
Youth Speak is an AIESEC initiative aimed at involving young people in dialogue about the challenges of today's society, such as education, employability, mental health, sustainable development, and social responsibility. The initiative is implemented in three phases: Youth Speak Survey, Youth Speak Forum, and Youth Speak Projects.
The insights gathered from the survey are used to shape the themes of the Youth Speak Forum, where the most important issues for young people are officially presented. In collaboration with partners, institutions, and decision-makers, concrete solutions are found to better understand the perspective of young people.
The Youth Speak survey is an online questionnaire aimed at young people aged 18 to 30, through which they can share their opinions on topics that affect them the most. Completing the survey is completely anonymous and takes less than 10 minutes.
The survey results represent the genuine voice of young people. Based on them, themes are developed for the Forum, as well as projects and initiatives aimed at improving the education system, the labor market, and society as a whole. By participating in the survey, students actively contribute to creating positive change.
