The sixteenth presentation within the framework of this project was held on April 14, 2025, with a workshop and company presentation.L'Oréal Adriatic. Workshop/presentation entitled “"The world of branding: from the company to the individual"” they held: Ines Oštric - Recruitment & Employer Branding Manager, Angelina Maric - Social Media Manager and Petra Očinić - Recruitment and Employer Branding Specialist.
In a very substantial and informative presentation of the company L'Oréal Adriatic, Ines Oštrić and Angelina Marić presented L'Oréal group and all group brands. In an extremely interesting presentation, they also showed the students what is behind the products and advertisements, the launch of a new product and the 360 marketing approach. Petra Očinić showed the students from the perspective of a Recruitment and Employer Branding Specialist what a career is and how to present yourself to future employers.
Office for career counseling and career development at the Faculty of Economics in Osijek launched a project called Meet the employer. The goal of the project is to present different companies to students, the opportunities that a particular company offers to students (projects, internships, etc.), and to present career development opportunities in the company after completing their studies, while presenting the expected and necessary knowledge and skills for different jobs.
