Enrollment in the first year of the university undergraduate study program Economics and Business Economics

Persons who have passed the state matura and are on the list for admission to the Faculty of Economics in Osijek have the right to enroll. 

ENROLLMENT SCHEDULE:

Enrollment in the 1st year university undergraduate studies in Economics and Business Economics will be scheduled as follows: 

• Friday – 19.07.2024.

FULL-TIME students

• Rankings from 1 to 100 – at 9:00 a.m. Hall 3 
• Rankings from 101 to 200 – at 10:30 am, Hall 3 
• Ranking places from 201 – at 12:00 pm Hall 3

EXCELLENT students 

• All part-time students – at 12:00 pm, hall 3 

FULL-TIME students – CROATIANS OUTSIDE THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIA

• All students - at 12:00 pm, hall 3

Students who wish to pay by card should come to at least 1 hour earlier to make the payment in Financial and Accounting Office (courtyard building) on the POS device. You must come to the registration according to the above schedule with a receipt of payment. 

CANDIDATES FOR ADMISSION ARE ASKED TO COME ON THE EXACTLY SPECIFIED DATE AND TIME so that admissions can be completed faster without unnecessary waiting.

ENROLLMENT PROCESS 

1. Arrival in front of hall 3, 10 minutes before registration starts, (ground floor of the faculty - main hall) according to the schedule above - with all documents required for enrollment and payment receipts 
2. Organized and guided filling out of forms (all together – according to the instructions you will receive from faculty employees) 
3. Submission of documents and completed forms in hall 3 
4. Completion of registration 

DOCUMENTS FOR ENROLLMENT 

For registration, the following original documents and other documents must be attached: 

• Certificate of passing the state matriculation examination – original and copy
• High school graduation certificate – graduation certificate (original and copy)
• proof of residence or a copy of a valid ID card 
• one photo (3.5×4.5) 
• payment slip in the amount of 40.00 Euros for registration costs 
• payment slip in the amount of EUR 7.00 for student union projects
• payment slip in the amount of 11.70 Euros for issuing a student ID card (X-card) 
• tuition fee payment slip in the amount of 960.00 Euros - part-time students and full-time students who have already exercised their right to enroll as full-time students at other faculties (students who, at the beginning of the 2024/2025 academic year, have acquired at least 55 ECTS points in the previous study program in the previous academic year, or at least 30 ECTS points in the case of students with a determined disability of 60 percent or more who do not pay tuition fees)
• The candidate will receive the enrollment forms at the Faculty (registration certificate, student questionnaire, accounting data form, athlete form, disabled person form and study contract). 

Students who, for justified reasons, do not have a Certificate of State Matura or a Certificate of Completion of Secondary School on the day of enrollment, they must to be submitted during September 2024 and submitted to the Office for Students and Studies (referada).

All students (full-time and part-time) are required to have Xs. 

STUDY COSTS AND ENROLLMENT COSTS

Full-time students they do not pay tuition when enrolling in the first year of study, if they are enrolling in the first year of study for the first time. If they have exercised their right to enroll in regular studies, they are obliged to pay the study costs in the amount of 960.00 Euros (students who, at the beginning of the academic year 2024/2025, in the previous academic year acquired at least 55 ECTS points in the previous study program, i.e. at least 30 ECTS points in the case that they are students with a determined disability of 60 percent or more they don't pay tuition).

Part-time students They pay study costs (tuition) in the amount of 960.00 Euros. 

All students are required to pay enrollment fees of 40.00 Euros and Student Union projects of 7.00 Euros.

Issue price student ID cards (X-ice) in the amount 11.70 Euros it is not included in the enrollment costs and should be paid on a separate payment slip.

ENROLLMENT FEES, STUDENT ASSOCIATION PROJECTS AND STUDENT ID ISSUE FEES CANNOT BE PAID BY CARD AT THE FACULTY DURING ENROLLMENT, BUT BY CARD IT IS POSSIBLE TO PAY ONLY TUITION FEES (960.00 Euros). 

Study costs (tuition fees), registration costs, student union projects and costs of issuing a student ID card (X-card) are paid to separate money orders to the Faculty's bank account number: 

IBAN HR9424020061101070944 – model: 67, The reference number on all payment slips is Student's OIB number. 

• payment slip with the indication "Tuition for the 1st year of study"„ 
• payment slip with the indication "Enrollment costs"„ 
• payment slip with the indication "student council projects"„
• payment slip for issuing a student ID card (X-card) 

Enrollment fees, student council projects, and student ID card issuance costs (for ALL students) are paid in one meal. 

Study costs (tuition) can be paid all at once (via payment slips to the Faculty's bank account) or in several installments (2-12), using certain credit and debit cards (Diners Club card, Maestro and Visa current account card PBZ dd) on Financial and Accounting Office (courtyard building) on the POS device before entering.

Please arrive at least 1 hour before the scheduled registration time to make the payment. Students are required to bring payment receipts to Hall 3 according to the registration schedule.
