PwC: Audit Intern

Are you drawn to working in the financial sector? Are you young, ambitious, and ready for plenty of work, learning, travel, and challenges? You don't mind handling smaller tasks, but you prefer large projects and want to hone your skills as soon as possible?

This is our intensive program through which you can achieve your ambitions and work in one of the largest audit teams in Croatia. From day one, you can prepare for thorough training that will enhance your technical knowledge as well as your personal habits and skills („hard & soft skills“). You will also work on projects for the most significant companies in our market.
But don't worry, you won't be left on your own. 🙂 The program also includes active collaboration with experienced colleagues who will help you understand the processes and the job in general as quickly as possible. 

What are you going to do?

• You will participate in developing audit strategies and plans, get to know clients and their business processes, and collaborate with experienced team members. 
• You will carry out operational activities such as data collection, performing audit activities, and reviewing work, with an emphasis on quality. 
• You will collaborate with local and international teams and clients to ensure all project phases are completed on time and in accordance with PwC's quality standards. 
• Every day you will master new skills such as audit planning, project management, time management, etc.

What do we expect from you?

• whether you recently graduated or have a few exams left before graduation, but you are serious about graduating by the end of 2024 – in economics, finance, accounting, and related fields,
• Excellent knowledge of Croatian and a high level of proficiency in English (minimum B2 level),
• that you can start working in June/July of this year,
• motivation and desire to push their limits.
