Within the project Meet the Employer, at the Faculty of Economics in Osijek, on December 11, 2025, the seventeenth company/employer presentation was held: ORQA doo.
Lecture titled "Meet the Employer, Orqa doo"„ they held Ivan Jelusic – co-founder and member of the Management Board, Mislav Kvesic – sales and marketing director and Domagoj Zrinusic – purchasing manager.
In a very dynamic and entertaining lecture, representatives of the company ORQA doo presented to the students their jobs and the career path that led them to where they are today. They also presented how the company has developed and plans for the future, about employment opportunities at ORQA doo and the possibilities of doing professional practice within the company in various departments. The company representatives pointed out that a large number of graduates of the Faculty of Economics in Osijek are now employees of the company.
Under Orqa Dual Identity Challenge hackathon A total of 48 students participated in 14 teams. After several hours of solving the task, the students presented their great ideas. Along with the first 3 awarded teams, ORQA invited 4 more teams to meet the company and talk about their interesting solutions.
Office for career counseling and career development at the Faculty of Economics in Osijek in 2022 launched a project called Get to know the employer/industry. The goal of the project is to introduce different companies/employers as well as different industries to students, present the opportunities that a certain company/industry offers (projects, internships, etc.), present career development opportunities in the company after completing their studies, and the expected and required knowledge and skills for different jobs.
