All candidates for the competition must meet the general conditions prescribed by the Labor Act ("Official Gazette" No. 93/14, 127/17, 98/19, 51/22 and 64/23).
Kandidati natječaja osim kriterija propisanih člankom 39. stavcima 1. i 3. i člankom 119. stavkom 6. Zakona o visokom obrazovanju i znanstvenoj djelatnosti („Narodne novine“ broj 119/22), obvezni su ispuniti uvjete propisane člankom 123. stavcima 1. i 2. i člankom 200. Statuta Sveučilišta Josipa Jurja Strossmayera u Osijeku, člankom 45. stavcima 1. i 2. Statuta Ekonomskog fakulteta u sastavu Sveučilišta Josipa Jurja Strossmayera u Osijeku, člancima 2., 5. i 6. Odluke Rektorskog zbora o nužnim uvjetima za ocjenu nastavne i znanstveno-stručne djelatnosti u postupku izbora u znanstveno-nastavna zvanja („Narodne novine“ broj 122/17 i 120/21), Odlukom Rektorskog zbora o obliku i načinu provedbe nastupnog predavanja za izbor u znanstveno-nastavna zvanja, umjetničko-nastavna i nastavna zvanja (“Narodne novine” broj 129/05) te člankom 9. i člankom 36. Pravilnika o provedbi postupka izbora/reizbora na znanstveno-nastavna, umjetničko nastavna, nastavna, suradnička i stručna radna mjesta na Sveučilištu Josipa Jurja Strossmayera u Osijeku (u daljnjem tekstu: Pravilnik Sveučilišta).
Candidates are required to submit documentation according to Form No. 1 – Application for the competition for the scientific and teaching position of assistant professor, which was published on the website of the Faculty of Economics in Osijek https://www.efos.unios.hr/o-fakultetu/transparentost.
The Law on Higher Education and Scientific Activity, the Statute of the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University in Osijek, the Statute of the Faculty of Economics within the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University in Osijek, the Decision of the Rectors' Council on the necessary conditions for the assessment of teaching and scientific and professional activities in the procedure for appointment to scientific and teaching titles, and the Regulations on the implementation of the procedure for appointment/re-appointment to scientific and teaching, artistic and teaching, teaching, associate and professional positions at the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University in Osijek are published on the website of the Faculty of Economics in Osijek. https://www.efos.unios.hr/o-fakultetu/transparentost.
For candidates who are foreign citizens, it is necessary to submit proof of knowledge of the Croatian language in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (C2).
Persons of both sexes may apply for the competition under equal conditions. Only a person who meets the formal requirements of the competition and who has submitted a timely and complete application for the competition will be considered a candidate for the competition. A complete application is an application that contains all the information and attachments specified in the competition and is signed by hand. Late and incomplete applications will not be considered.
Kandidati koji na temelju posebnih propisa – Zakon o hrvatskim braniteljima iz Domovinskog rata i članovima njihovih obitelji („Narodne novine“ broj 121/1, 98/19 i 84/21), članka 48. Zakona o civilnim stradalnicima iz Domovinskog rada („Narodne novine“ broj 84/21) i članak 48.f. Zakona o zaštiti vojnih i civilnih invalida rata („Narodne novine“ broj 33/92, 57/92, 77/92, 27/93, 58/93, 2/94, 76/94, 108/95, 108/96, 82/01, 103/03, 148/13 i 98/19), članak 9. Zakona o profesionalnoj rehabilitaciji i zapošljavanju osoba s invaliditetom („Narodne novine“ broj 157/13, 152/14, 39/18 i 32/20) pozivaju na pravo prednosti pri zapošljavanju, obvezni su u prijavi na natječaj pozvati se na to pravo te priložiti sve dokaze koje posebni propisi propisuju za ostvarivanje tog prava. Navedeni kandidati ostvaruju prednost pri zapošljavanju u odnosu na ostale pristupnike, samo pod jednakim uvjetima. Za kandidate koji se u prijavi na natječaj pozivaju na pravo prednosti pri zapošljavanju prema Zakonu o hrvatskim braniteljima iz domovinskog rada i članovima njihovih obitelji („Narodne novine“ broj 121/17, 98/19 i 84/21) i Zakona o civilnim stradalnicima iz Domovinskog rata („Narodne novine“ broj 84/21) popis dokaza potreban za ostvarivanje tog prava dostupan je na poveznici Ministarstva hrvatskih branitelja: https://branitelji.gov.hr/zaposljavanje-843/843. Candidates who invoke the right to priority in employment pursuant to Article 9 of the Act on Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities ("Official Gazette" No. 157/13, 152/14, 39/18 and 32/20) are required to invoke this right in their application for the competition and to submit all evidence of meeting the required conditions, as well as proof of disability.
All candidates will be notified of the results of the competition no later than (15) days from the date of its completion. The Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek, Faculty of Economics in Osijek reserves the right to notify all registered candidates via e-mail.
By applying for the competition, each candidate gives consent to all their personal data contained in the competition documentation being collected and processed for the purpose of implementing the competition in accordance with the regulations governing the protection of personal data, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). Consent form was published with the competition on the website of the Faculty of Economics in Osijek Osijek www.efos.unios.hr. Without a duly completed and signed Consent form with the competition application, prijava će se smatrati nepotpunom i odbacit će se.
Prijave s dokazima o ispunjavanju uvjeta natječaja te popunjen i potpisan Obrazac privole za prikupljanje i obradu osobnih podataka u svrhu provedbe natječaja are submitted in electronic form to the address: office@efos.hr within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the vacancy notice in the "Official Gazette" with the following indication: "Application for the vacancy notice - assistant professor."„
