Marketing Assistant (m/f)

Your Role:

We are looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be part of our L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division, with the opportunity to work across the entire L'Oréal Adria Balkan region. Position of Marketing Assistant Requires a motivated, agile, and organized person who will be responsible for:

• Undertaking Daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities.
• Creating Purchase orders and Sales quotations for different countries.
• Working in System Application and Products (price checks, stock report checks, etc.) and supporting with codes opening.
• Operational support Brand teams (marketing managers, product managers, etc.)
• Performing Analytical research support and creating research reports.
• Performing basic marketing tasks (creation of promotional pages, product pages, labels, basic marketing materials during promotions, etc.).

THE IDEAL PROFILE:

• Entry level profile
• Preferably holds a Bachelor's Degree
• Is eager that to learn and able to switch between operational and creative tasks
• Has excellent organizational, analytical, planning and Follow up skills
• Is able to Clearly convey the message in communication with various internal and external stakeholders
• Works with responsibility and autonomy
• Has good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
• Enjoys working in dynamic and challenging environment
• Is advanced in English language
