Zagreb, March 22, 2024 – In search of young talent, INA has this year announced a call for the recruitment of new interns. In seven countries of the MOL Group, of which INA is a member, new Growwwers will be hired through the Growww internship program, giving them the opportunity to contribute to tomorrow's solutions for improving the region's mobility, energy, and sustainability.
This prestigious one-year program, designed to introduce young talent to the energy industry, is open to individuals with up to one year of work experience in economics, logistics, electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, petroleum engineering, chemical engineering, geological engineering, and technology. Participants in the Growww program will become part of a dynamic international team with mentors who are experienced experts in their fields..
