for selection
All applicants to the Call must meet the general requirements prescribed by the Labor Law (Official Gazette, No. 93/14, 127/17, 98/19, 151/22, and 64/23).
Candidates for the position, in addition to the general requirements prescribed by the Labor Law, must also meet the following conditions:

Persons of both sexes may apply to the competition on equal terms.
Only a person who meets the formal requirements of the competition and who has submitted a timely and complete application for the competition will be considered a candidate for the competition. A complete application is considered to be an application that contains all the information and attachments specified in the competition and is signed by hand. Late and incomplete applications will not be considered.
All candidates for the competition who meet the formal requirements must take the written test and/or interview, and will be notified of the location and time of the written test and/or interview via the Faculty's website and by email. Candidates who do not attend the test and/or interview upon receiving an invitation will be considered to have withdrawn their application and will no longer be considered candidates for the competition.
Candidates who, based on special regulations – the Act on Croatian Homeland War Veterans and Members of Their Families (Official Gazette no. 121/17, 98/19 and 84/21), Article 48 of the Act on Civilian Victims of Homeland War (Official Gazette no. 84/21) and Article 48f. of the Act on the Protection of Military and Civilian War Invalids (Official Gazette No. 33/92, 57/92, 77/92, 27/93, 58/93, 2/94, 76/94, 108/95, 108/96, 82/01, 103/03, 148/13 and 98/19), Article 9 of the Act on Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities (Official Gazette No. 157/13, 152/14, 39/18 and 32/20) call for the right to priority in employment, they are obliged to refer to this right in their application for the competition and to attach all evidence prescribed by special regulations for the exercise of this right. The aforementioned candidates shall have priority in employment in relation to other applicants, only under equal conditions. For candidates who, in their application, claim the right to preferential employment under the Act on Croatian Veterans of Homeland War and Members of Their Families (Official Gazette no. 121/17, 98/19 and 84/21) and the Act on Civilian Victims of the Homeland War (Official Gazette no. 84/21), the list of evidence required to exercise this right is available at the link of the Ministry of Croatian Veterans: https://branitelji.gov.hr/zaposljavanje-843/843.
Candidates invoking the right of preference in employment pursuant to Article 9 of the Act on Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities (Official Gazette No. 157/13, 152/14, 39/18 and 32/20) must, in their application for the job, invoke that right and submit all evidence of meeting the required conditions, as well as proof of disability.
All candidates will be notified of the results of the competition no later than (15) days from the date of its completion.
By applying for the competition, each candidate gives consent to all their personal data contained in the competition documentation being collected and processed for the purpose of implementing the competition in accordance with the regulations governing the protection of personal data, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). Consent form was published with the competition on the website of the Faculty of Economics in Osijek Osijek www.efos.unios.hr. Without a duly completed and signed Consent form with the competition application, the application will be considered incomplete and will be rejected.
Applications with evidence of meeting the competition requirements must be submitted within eight (8) days from the date of publication of the tender to the address: Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek, Faculty of Economics in Osijek, Trg Ljudevita Gaja 7, 31000 Osijek, with the indication: „Application for the position of EU Project Associate in the Department of Central Services/Secretariat of the Faculty of Economics in Osijek.
