Goal

The goal of the course is to familiarize students with models of management in nonprofit organizations, the processes of planning and organizing resources, and the role of boards of directors in the functioning of nonprofit organizations. A special focus is placed on human resource management, motivation, and leadership as key managerial functions. The course enables students to understand the importance of an entrepreneurial mindset for identifying opportunities to ensure organizational sustainability and achieve greater social impact.
