Ana Živković has been employed at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Osijek since 2014 as an assistant at the Department of Management, Organization and Entrepreneurship. In 2015, she completed the Pedagogical-Psychological-Didactic-Methodical Training Program at the Faculty of Education, and in 2019, she obtained her doctorate at the postgraduate doctoral study in Management with the defended doctoral dissertation entitled “Organizational Aspects and Absenteeism as Predictors of Employee Turnover”. Since 2020, she has been employed as a postdoctoral student at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Osijek, and from 2022 she became an assistant professor. At the Faculty, she teaches several courses at the undergraduate and graduate level of study. Apart from teaching, she continuously attends educational trainings (courses, workshops and professional training) and participates in scientific research in the field of organization and management. The focus of her research work is organizational behavior. So far, she has published over 20 scientific papers and participated in more than 15 international scientific conferences. She is also present in the organization of several international meetings. As part of the ERASMUS+ program, she regularly participates in faculty member exchanges, and since 2021, she has been the ERASMUS coordinator for the outgoing mobility of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business in Osijek. Since 2019, she has been the Secretary of the EFOS Alumni Association.
