Jelena Franjković started working at the Osijek-based company Kandit d.o.o. at the beginning of 2012 in the export department, where she worked as a foreign markets manager. She has been employed at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Osijek since 2014, in the Department of Marketing. As an assistant professor, she is teaching several graduate courses.
Since 2014, she has been a member of the organising committee of the international scientific conference “Business Logistics in Modern Management” and, since 2022, a member of the Editorial Board. She participated as a member of the project team in three international Erasmus+ projects.
So far, she has co-authored more than 20 scientific and professional papers in journals and proceedings from international conferences. She has participated in professional training several times and held classes as part of Erasmus+ mobility. She is the coordinator for incoming Erasmus+ students at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Osijek.
At the internal training of the Faculty of Economics and Business in Osijek in February 2016, she attended the course on Statistical Methods in Research Work, and in May 2018, statistical training for structural equation modelling.
