Anamarija Delić has been employed since 2007 at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Osijek, at the Department of Management, Organisation and Entrepreneurship, and since 2024 at the position of full professor. She teaches several courses, focused on identifying business opportunities and financing entrepreneurial ventures. Since 2002, she has been actively working on the implementation and application of various projects, financed from EU funds, and was appointed head of the lifelong learning programme Head of EU Projects at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Osijek. She coordinates the work of the Legal and Economic Clinic of the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek, and mentors student teams when solving environmental problems. She is involved in the work of several associations: Centre for Entrepreneurship Osijek (member of the Assembly), dKolektiva (member of the Supervisory Board) and as a researcher at the SMEs and Entrepreneurship Policy Center. She has published more than 50 scientific and professional papers focused on the research of the capital structure in small and medium-sized enterprises, and the role of entrepreneurial support institutions in encouraging entrepreneurship. In October 2025, she was appointed President of the Department of Management, Organisation, and Entrepreneurship.
