Dear students,
The call for Erasmus+ short-term student mobility has been published at the following link: https://www.unios.hr/otvoreni-natjecaji-za-kratkorocne-studentske-mobilnosti/.
The types of short-term mobility that all students can apply for are:
Given that BIP programs are extremely popular as a new activity for students, here are some of the most important notes regarding the organization of student participation in BIP programs:
1. All students who wish to participate in the BIP must have approved mobility and funding through this published call (or previous calls), and there must be a signed Erasmus+ Cooperation Agreement with the university organizing the BIP and hosting the exchange students.
2. All short-term mobility programs must include both a virtual and a physical component. The duration of the physical mobility period for short-term mobility (study or internship) is a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 30 days. The duration of the virtual component is determined by the mobility program organizer and is not time-limited.
3. All students participating in the BIP or individual short-term mobility for studies or an internship are required to have a signed Learning Agreement (just like students going on a semester exchange) and must earn a minimum of 3 ECTS credits during the short-term mobility. (The awarded ECTS credits are recognized for students in ISVU as additional ECTS credits.)
4. All students who are selected for participation in the BIP through the Erasmus+ call (as part of the university's Erasmus+ KA1 projects for individual student mobility) are registered in the European Commission's central system as participants in the UNIOS project (KA1) and cannot be listed as participants in (funded by EU funds) in another Erasmus+ project (e.g., a KA2 project) that is potentially implemented at the faculty level (which is also displayed in the EC system as a university-wide project). Such cases will be treated as "double funding".
Other information on the implementation of short-term mobility is contained in the "Instructions for Students" document published with the call. There is no deadline for applying to this call for short-term mobility. Student applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until the available quotas are filled and the available funds are exhausted.
