What are you going to do?

• Preparation of payroll and other payments to natural persons: calculation of taxes, contributions, allowances, non-taxable items, etc.
• Preparation of reports to the Tax Administration and other bodies
• Preparing reports for clients (basic and analytical)
• Registrations, deregistrations and changes related to the client's employees
• Preparation of advice in the area of income tax and mandatory contributions
• Optimization of work processes and automation
• In this role, you will use basic and advanced Microsoft tools (Excel, Power Automate, Power Query, etc.) as well as the English language.

What do we expect from you?

We expect quality work, good cooperation with colleagues and clients, meeting deadlines, understanding procedures, analytical skills, professionalism, speed and accuracy in performing daily tasks.

In addition to the above, it is desirable to have:

• Knowledge of MS Excel and advanced Power tools
• Knowledge of English,
• Task management skills during working hours,
• Proactivity and resourcefulness,
• Willingness to work on oneself and openness to learning and acquiring new knowledge and skills.

Working hours and start of work

Full-time (flexible schedule from 8:00 AM/9:00 AM - 4:00 PM/5:00 PM)
