LEAPin a one-day multidisciplinary conference will be held in Osijek, March 21 on Faculty of Economics. The conference's lecture topics focus on career development, entrepreneurship, marketing, IT and skills development. The LEAPin conference is fully free, and in addition to lectures, you can also expect free workshop which will walk you through the steps of starting your own online career, guided by a renowned marketing expert, Vasily Kichigin.
LEAPin conferences are part of an international conference LEAP Summit which will be held May 15 - 16 on Zagreb.

Sara Delac Markovic, a master's degree in psychology with extensive experience in HR processes, comes from the company Infobip. Sara will help you recognize burnout symptoms and learn strategies for preserving your mental health at the workplace.
Davor Banovic comes from a well-known digital agency COBE. He is a professional in IT, where he has experience in various fields - from testing and developing automated tests, through customer support and leading teams to product management, which he is currently engaged in. Davor will share his twenty years of experience in the IT industry, highlighting the challenges of specialization and rapid changes in technology. The lecture will raise awareness of the importance of making career decisions and motivation to work in the dynamic IT sector. In addition to lectures and workshops, there will also be panel on the topic “"Sustainable innovations: challenges and perspectives"” in which he will participate Dr. Blaženka Ćiško Anić, director Saponia Institute, Diana Zrinski, general manager and director of the company EcoCortec doo. and Julia Ivanisic CEO of the company Masta doo.
